Abstract:
The birth of naval aviation is that a handful of young men, more athletic and military, and some gave their lives. DIY genius, they have invented the main techniques quickly and in a short time, great improvements have been made to the aircraft carrier. Thus, many tricks have been invented since the beginning of 20th century to overcome the insufficient length of runway needed for takeoff. Over the last fifty years, the possession of aircraft carriers has symbolized the power of a state. Is this still the case today, and what will happen tomorrow? With the possibility of refueling aircraft based on land can now fill some of the foreign missions.
