Abstract:
When birds are replaced with ostriches, llamas and when buffalo cows mingle with and sheep, is that we are dealing with Raiders of the farm! Without well-established traditions, they need to invent everything, like the early farmers who domesticated wild boar and mouflon, a few thousand years. Alongside these "new cattle, there are also farms more unexpected, insects for biological control, compost worms manufacturers, maggots for medicinal purposes, of bumblebees, a crowd of little animals that have replaced silkworms once so important. Livestock is a stunning panorama of these small farms strange surprising, unexpected or unknown, that may yet find everywhere, in the bend of a country road.
• Explore the history of livestock development from prehistory to the present.
• Understand the processes of domestication.
• Marvel multiple uses that can do all these animals.
